WORKOUTS

This program aims at countering the low levels to physical activities amongst young athletes and adults during multiple lockdowns. The key focus of the program workouts is as follows:

​

1. Building eccentric cardio hypertrophy- ability to move more blood per heartbeat

2. Developing concentric cardiac adaptations- ability to move blood forcefully under heavy pressure

3. Strengthening and conditioning of Anterior and Posterior systems

4. Building Lactic threshold and VO2 capacity
